If you cannot send email there could be many reasons that could be causing this.

Try some of the following solutions:

1. Ensure you are connected to the Internet and can browse different websites. If you cannot view websites you will first need to rectify this problem before you can send email.
2. Ensure you are using the username and password to send as you are when receiving email.
