If you are receiving errors will trying to retrieve your email it is usually caused by one of the following problems:

1. You are not connected to the Internet. Try viewing some different websites and see if these can be viewed. If you cannot view different websites then your email settings may be correct. Ensure you can connect to the Internet before chnaging any settings.
2. Your username and password are incorrect. These are case sensitive, please re-type and try again.
3. Your pop3 details are incorrect. Always use your domain name without the 'www.' e/g mydomain.com
